STAND INFORMATION

	BONSAI STALL: Bonsai Stall is a shell stall of around 6 sq mtrs for each exhibitor. Exhibitors to simply turn up for the event, mount their own graphics using the walls available and set out their samples / brochures / make presentation on laptops. This option comes with a huge cost and time saving
BONSAI STALL CHARGES:

Domestic Exhibitors: - INR 22,260 (Plus Taxes)		International Exhibitors: - USD 840 (Plus Taxes)
(Includes - Display Panels, Basic Table and 2 Chairs, 2 Spotlights, Electric Socket, Fascia Board with Company Name, Wastepaper Basket, General Security & Cleaning)

Note:

• Audio Visual Equipment like DVD with LCD TV, slide projector, Laptops, OHP, Hostages, additional security personnel requirement etc. would be provided at additional charges subject to prior intimation at the time of stall booking or 15 days prior to the event.
• Hostages/ additional security personnel requirement would be available on additional charges upon prior intimation at the time of Stall booking or 15 days prior to the event.

In case of cancellation or withdrawal from participation of the stall by any Exhibitor, the paid amount would be forfeited. Reduction of space may be allowed by the organizers at their discretion and without assigning any reason whether or not to accept any reduction request.
